We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, lead volumes, or AI citation outcomes. Figures presented on this site, including percentages and dollar targets, are illustrative or representative unless explicitly labeled as guaranteed.

Monthly services are billed on a month to month basis with no long term contract, as described on our pricing page. One time website builds are billed according to the terms agreed at the start of the project. Specific billing terms will be confirmed in writing before any engagement begins.

8. Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nashville SEO Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from services provided, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
